Tergo™ HDF is the latest Microcare invention to clean a broad range of soils, for use in solvent degreasing systems.

Tergo™ HDF is a non-flammable, high solvency fluid designed to efficiently clean oils, greases, waxes and flux residues. It has a broad range of material compatibility, making it an excellent choice for cleaning a wide range of metals, metal alloys, plastics and printed circuit boards. Its inherent thermal and chemical stability means it does not require chemical stabilisers to prevent it breaking down in use.

Tergo™ HDF has been designed for efficient use in modern vapour degreasing equipment where its azeotropic properties mean it can be repeatedly recycled and recovered without change in composition. However, its properties also make it suitable for use as a line flush fluid or in solvent extraction applications.

Tergo™ HDF is ideally suited to component cleaning in the aerospace, automotive, medical, optical, and precision engineering sectors. Some potential applications include: precision cleaning, flux removal, hydrocarbon extraction and line flushing.

Tergo™ HDF is a direct replacement for the 3M Novec™ 71DE, 72DE and 73DE  Fluids
